My apologies for not sending warmup info out earlier we will be doing the same warmup as last week.

6&u 4:30-4:40

11&Up 4:30-4:40

7/8 4:40-4:50

9/10 4:50-5:00

I will have a volunteer sign in at the front desk. If you are still wanting to volunteer I have had a couple of people come up asking, we will be be able to find you a job. The Lakes coach let me know they will be short volunteers on their end so I am sure we will need timers.
