Marlin High Fives
The Marlin swim team puts as much emphasis on improving and fun as it does winning! Every time a swimmer improves his or her score, they will receive a blue ribbon in honor of the accomplishment. Their name will also go into a raffle. At the end of the season swim banquet, we will draw names from the raffle bucket for fun prizes. The more a swimmer improves throughout the season, the better their chances to win! We will acknowledge and praise Personal Bests on the pool bulletin board and website. Please give your own Marlin a High Five every time he or she works hard and improves!
Swimmers of the Week
Each week, a boy and girl from each age group will be crowned the Marlin Swimmer of the Week. You will know who they are as they will be awarded a bright yellow swim cap.
Swimmers of the Week are selected based on many criteria including: practice attendance, good attitude, personal improvement, meet performance and spirit. Please congratulate these swimmers for a job well done.
Divers of the Week
Each week, stand out divers are crowned the Marlin Diver of the Week. Divers of the Week are selected based on many criteria including: practice attendance, good attitude, personal improvement, meet performance and spirit. Please congratulate these divers for a job well done.
