Good evening everyone! 

I had a number of questions about tomorrow mornings practice. Due to low numbers today I think it would benefit everyone if we do one practice in the morning from 9:00-9:45. All 9&Ups will be welcome for the 45 minutes to do some work on starts and turns! 

That way we can finish at 10:00 and be ready to go for the meet! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about tomorrow!
