I hope you all had a wonderful Memorial day weekend. Here are some updates with regards to meets and some team events.

Team Photos

Firstly our team photos will be held on Wednesday, June 12th with individual photos happening at 8:00 a.m. Team photos will begin at 9:00 a.m.

There will be pancakes and breakfast I need parent volunteers to help run this. Chris's cakes could not get a date to line up with the team photo so we will be having him visit during practice another day.

Fun Friday Donut Friday 

We have donuts and games on Friday practices. The times of practices remain the same. Parents volunteer to bring donuts in for each group I have made a google doc. Each group has an estimated number for how many are there.

Team Banquet

The team banquet held at the clubhouse will be Tuesday July 16th at 6:00 p.m. afterwards the team will head to the pool for one last swim together as a team. This will also be coach Rick's 25th year coaching! Make sure you register on Foretees so that we have an accurate count.

Swim Meets

I have opened all dual swim meet entries and jobs on Swimtopia. Please make sure you go on and declare for the meet and if you want to choose what events your swimmer wants to do. 
Please make sure you volunteer for jobs we need to fill those job positions out in order to run meets. This year using hytek the new timing system is incredibly simple and NO PHONES USED! No more pesky phones dying from the swimmingly app. The timers just need to hit a simple plunger at the end of every race and one timer hits the plunger and a stopwatch super easy. 

Irish Relays

The Dublin Irish relays which consists of local Dublin community swim teams is a charity event held at North Pool on Thursday June 20th. Warm ups will be 5:00PM Meet start will be 6PM. The events have not yet been release I will send an email out when I receive the list with some further details. This is a non PCCAL meet the events are mostly fun relays like inner tube and parents relay! 

Meet @ Worthington Hills Country Club

Next Monday we have our first meet against Worthington Hills Country Club. The warmup schedule is as follows

4:30-4:40 6&Unders

4:40-4:50 7/8

4:50-5:00 9/10

5:00-5:15 11&Up

Meet Start 5:30 p.m.

Dive team

There is practice this week the info sheet sent out was incorrect on the start date for mornings.
