Meet warmup is 4:30 and meet start is 5:30. Please make sure you are signing up for volunteer positions. 

I have had a number of parents ask about goggles here is a good pair of beginner goggles to get. Please make sure you mark your goggles so you don’t lose them! I would put a specific color of tape on mine to help keep track since they seem to walk away on there own. https://a.co/d/gvb2g0S
