Champs Info and Reminder

June 29th

Good afternoon parents!

Some info for champs below please make sure you read through it all. Lets try to get a big turnout for the champs meet it is a lot of fun and its indoors!

Sign up for the both Championship meets are due July 8th.

At champs there is one relay per team allowed. Participants on the relays are determined by best time. Please enter your child in three events and in the notes let me know which event they would be willing to drop if they get entered into a relay.

8 & under Champs are Saturday, July 12th at Upper Arlington High School. 1625 Zollinger Rd. Upper Arlington OH

(The Natatorium is located at the south end of the building)

Doors Open 9:00 AM

Pool Deck Opens 9:30 AM

Warm Ups 9:45 AM

Meet Start 11:00 AM

Heat Sheets will be available online at www.ppcalswimanddive.com

Volunteer signups for champs are below. Volunteers must arrive by 10:15am. If you have questions about jobs feel free to ask. The more help we have the easier the meet will run. I will still need parent help with age group bullpens in the main hall. There is a signup on the team website for those jobs.
