I hope you all had a great weekend and enjoyed the nice weather! The warmups for tomorrows meet at the Lakes is as follows;

6&unders 4:20-4:40pm

7/8 4:40-5:00pm

9&up 5:00-5:20pm

Meet start 5:40pm

If you forgot to enter your kids for tomorrows meet I will keep entries open until 5:00pm. Please make sure if you enter your athlete in 3 events that you put a note saying which event they would want to drop if they want to do 2 relays. 

Update on Chris Cakes. The pancake throwing will happen this Friday 6/19. Further info will follow tomorrow with how practice will be setup.
